Every kitchen project follows similar stages — estimate, design, technical drawings, manufacture and installation. What sets them apart is how clearly those stages are managed, and how well the product is delivered.
At Joyn, we’ve kept the structure of a traditional kitchen studio and removed the unnecessary complexity. Clear communication. Transparent costs.
You’ll have a single point of contact throughout, so nothing gets lost between design and installation. And whether you already have an installer in place or would prefer a recommendation from our network of trusted, highly experienced installers, we’ll coordinate closely with the right people to ensure everything runs smoothly.
our four easy steps
Initial estimate
The first step is simple. Send us your architect’s drawings or overall floor plans. If you don’t have these, a few photographs, estate agent plans or a simple sketch with approximate dimensions work just as well. Using this information, we’ll provide an estimate based on the size of your space and preferred collection. Most Joyn kitchens fall between £18,000 and £32,000 (depending on specification), and our estimates are typically accurate within 10% of the final figure, giving you confidence from the outset that the project fits your budget.

Design and itemised quote
If our initial estimate aligns with your budget, we’ll arrange a video call or invite you to our showroom. We’ll work up your design in detail, refining the layout, materials, finishes and appliances to suit your space. Based on the design we’ve developed, we’ll provide a fully itemised quotation, giving you a clear breakdown of costs so you understand exactly where your investment is going

Launched our MVP and welcomed our first 100 users. The validation we needed to keep pushing forward.

Bringing your kitchen to life
Once you’re ready to proceed, a 10% deposit secures your project and allows us to schedule production. We’ll then guide you through a detailed design meeting, working through the final layout, functionality and finishes together. At this stage, you’ll see your kitchen fully come together. We’ll share 3D visuals, material samples and detailed drawings so you can clearly understand how everything will look and work in your space. We’ll visit your property to take final measurements, followed by detailed drawings for your approval before manufacture begins. With everything agreed, your cost is confirmed.

Whether you use your own installer or one from our trusted network, we can be on hand throughout to provide guidance and coordination if needed. We run a limited number of projects at any one time, so each kitchen gets the attention it needs and everything runs smoothly.

Once signed off, we’ll start crafting your kitchen. From design sign-off to delivery, most kitchens take around 10–12 weeks. When it’s ready, our specialist team delivers everything to site. To ensure the best quality finish, cabinetry arrives pre-assembled rather than flat-packed. Cabinets are fully built, with drawer systems and internal accessories already installed, ready for panels, doors and drawer fronts to be fitted on site. Whether you use your own installer or one from our trusted network, we can be on hand throughout to provide guidance and coordination if needed. We run a limited number of projects at any one time, so each kitchen gets the attention it needs and everything runs smoothly.
